The Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) is excited to launch AGW 2024, the premier gastroenterology and liver meeting in Australia. This year’s conference theme: ‘It takes a village: from prevention to management’ from Saturday 14 - Monday 16 September 2024, brings together all elements of the patient pathway.

In addition to featuring outstanding global and Australian speakers, GESA’s Scientific Program Committee have included sessions which cover the rapid scientific advances being made in gastroenterology and hepatology, regional and remote healthcare, the challenges of private practice, and physician self-care. 

AGW remains the central point to foster and facilitate collegiality, deliver education, promote research, and provide networking opportunities.
